We purchased my 2024 Hyundai Palisade Calligraphy in July 2024. After a couple of months it developed a rattle in the back end. Max's service department was extremely understanding and helpful trying to locate and fix the issue. The first two attempts did not work so when we took it back in for the third time we were told that they would not give it back until it was fixed. Tim W is the most knowledgeable Ford sales person I have ever met!
I towed a vehicle in and was asked to go get it the next day. The person I delt with was Awesome!! He saw me pull up in my wrecker and brought the key out to me. Very friendly and helpful! This was the Best experience I've had with a Service Writer either dropping vehicles off or picking them up! I wish I could remember his name because I would Highly recommend that y'all give hime a raise to make sure he stays!!!

Had all sales paperwork already done so when i showed up i just signed and drove off. I have tried reaching out to my salesman but they are never available and never return my calls. So service after the sale is garbage.
